Shipping Process

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on a Friday or on a weekend will be processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping Carriers: We use major carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to provide reliable service.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress online.

Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping options, including ground, expedited, and overnight services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the service level you choose.

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Items that have been installed, used, or damaged are not eligible for a return.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns. This will be specified at the time of your return request.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as special-order parts or items marked as final sale, cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. You can reach us via return@aviationpartshub.com.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
